Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated service team. This is an exceptional opportunity to align your technical expertise with a market leader, working with complex, state-of-the-art equipment and ensuring seamless operation for critical client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute planned preventative maintenance across your designated territory (Victoria).
- Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform advanced fault finding and troubleshooting on intricate electronic and electrical systems.
- Manage and implement system upgrades and technical modifications.
- Provide expert technical support and maintain excellent relationships with end users.
The Ideal Profile
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer with a solid foundation in electrical or electronic engineering and some Mechanical skills
- Hands-on experience with Biomedical equipment such as Infection protection, MRIs, Ventilators etc would be an advantage.
- Experience with advanced laser equipment, or similar devices in other industries is also a benefit.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
- A background in Biomedical Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and technical improvement.
