Talent Aligned was founded to solve a persistent problem: most recruitment agencies claim to be technology specialists but lack the educational and technical foundation needed to truly understand the roles, challenges, and hiring needs of tech businesses.

Our founder, Lee Margerum, brings an engineering background in Mechatronics combined with over 15 years of experience in technical recruitment - including 9 years leading and scaling high-performing tech recruitment teams. He built TA to bridge that knowledge gap.
