Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join their dedicated service team. Key Responsibilities
- Execute planned preventative maintenance across your designated Queensland territory.
- Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform advanced fault finding and troubleshooting on intricate electronic and electrical systems.
- Manage and implement system upgrades and technical modifications.
- Provide expert technical support and maintain excellent relationships with end users.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer with a solid foundation in electrical or electronic engineering.
- Hands-on experience with MRI and pathology equipment or complex laser systems is highly desirable.
- Experience with advanced laser equipment in other industries is also a benefit.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
- A background in Biomedical Engineering is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive approach to continuous learning and technical improvement.
