The Opportunity
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic program ownership. You will act as the technical anchor for the quantum computing program, defining the technology roadmap and driving milestones across internal teams, external foundry partners, and specialist academic collaborators.
What You Will Bring
We are seeking a seasoned expert who understands that modern quantum hardware is defined by the intersection of physics, electronics, and rigorous systems integration.
Technical Authority: You hold a PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Experimental Mastery: You have a proven track record of developing semiconductor, quantum, or nanoelectronic devices from initial concept through to final characterization.
- Deep Hardware Integration: You possess significant experience with cryogenic measurement systems and low-noise electronic measurements.
- Scientific Rigor: You are proficient in Python or equivalent scientific programming languages, utilizing them to drive device iteration, data analysis, and hardware control.
- Strategic Collaboration: You have demonstrated success in leading complex projects, managing technical relationships with external foundries, and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
