About Parminder

​Par holds a degree in Biology and IT and began his career selling IT storage solutions before transitioning into the IT recruitment industry. With over 19 years of recruitment experience, he has spent the last decade building and managing large teams, as well as establishing new markets across multiple countries.

Par joined Talent Aligned to expand and develop our contract recruitment services. Alongside Lee, he is focused on laying the foundation for the company’s continued growth. While many agencies claim to be specialists, they often lack the necessary educational expertise, limiting their ability to provide truly consultative services. At Talent Aligned, our consultants actively pursue relevant courses and develop deep domain knowledge within their recruitment sectors. This commitment ensures a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and enables us to offer informed, reliable advice.

Outside of work, Par is a passionate cricket fan—though he’ll admit his playing days are behind him, much like his dreams of opening for the national team. He enjoys the strategic elements of both cricket and recruitment, believing that, much like in cricket, success in hiring comes down to patience, skill, and knowing when to take a risk.
