1. Your Rights

• Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
• Delete or erase your personal information
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time

2. How to Make a Request

You can submit your request using the form below and it will be logged securely with our team. If you would rather send an email, or if you have JavaScript turned off, you can use the email option instead. You are also welcome to write to us by post.

3. What to Include

To help us find your records and confirm your identity, please include the following in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address and phone number you have used with us
• The type of request (access, correction, deletion, or opting out of marketing)
• Any other reference that may help us locate your records, such as a role we contacted you about

We may need to verify your identity before we action a request. This protects your information from being disclosed to anyone else.

4. What Happens Next

We aim to acknowledge your request promptly and to respond within 30 days, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If your request is complex or we need more information, we will let you know. There is no charge for making a request, although a reasonable fee may apply in limited cases for providing access to a large volume of information.
