This is a smaller, close-knit organization where you are
recognized as a critical part of the operation, rather than just a number on a
roster.

with a fully paid aircraft type rating.
The Role
Based in beautiful Tropical North Queensland, this
permanent position focuses heavily on the maintenance and reliability of Dash
Classic aircraft.
You will be working on a highly favourable roster of 4 or 5
days on, followed by 4 days off.
Our client understands the modern workforce and offers
ultimate flexibility.
Whether you are seeking a standard full-time commitment,
looking for supplementary hours in your spare time, or wanting the freedom to
take on external work when overtime is low, they are open to structuring an
arrangement that works for the right professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct line and base maintenance on the
Dash Classic fleet.
- Perform advanced avionics troubleshooting,
defect rectification, and routine inspections.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly
comply with regulatory frameworks and safety standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly within a dedicated engineering team to maintain fleet safety and reliability.
What You Bring
- A valid CASA Part 66 B2 License.
- A Dash Classic or Q400 type rating is
highly advantageous but absolutely not essential.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to be
part of a supportive team culture.
- International candidates requiring sponsorship will be considered, provided your current license can be readily transferred to a Part 66 qualification.
